Brian Clinton M.D., Ph.D. is a board-certified psychiatrist in New York City. He uses a collaborative approach, and has a warm and empathic style, drawing on extensive experience working with patients and their families. Dr. Clinton's psychiatric training was at Harvard University's Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital. He was chief resident of McLean Hospital in 2009. His medical training was at Columbia University's College Of Physicians and surgeons. Dr. Clinton also earned a Ph.D. in Neurobiology & Behavior studying development of the brain at Columbia University.
Dr. Clinton served as a full time faculty member of Columbia Psychiatry for 8 years, treating both inpatients and outpatients, as well as supervising residents. Dr. Clinton maintains a private practice in the Midtown/ Nomad area of Manhattan.
